About me

// 3 roles

I've been working in digital since 2009. For most of my career I was Director of Operations: customer care and logistics teams, full operations, e-commerce. For the past few years I've worked as a Product Manager. As an FDE I bring AI into companies: I watch how they work and automate whatever can be automated. I also do business continuity consulting. Right now, for a major grocery retailer.

v04 · MANUAL

How I work

// 6 principles
01

Stabilize first, then grow.

A process that is bleeding does not scale: it heals. I fix operations before asking them for volume.

02

Measure before opining.

Dashboards and data first. Decisions are argued with numbers, not voice volume.

03

Product is deciding what stays out.

Short backlogs, explicit priorities and the value of saying no on time.

04

AI enters through the bottleneck.

I watch how the team works, automate the repetitive part and measure before and after. No hype.

05

Nothing should depend on a hero.

If a process only works when I am around, it is badly designed. Documenting is part of delivering.

06

Side projects count as a résumé.

A published board game or a live website teach the same as a client project: that you finish.

Where I add value

$ grep value
01

Sorting out operations.

Logistics, customer service, e-commerce: processes that can take growth.

02

Launching digital products.

From idea to MVP and from MVP to roadmap with KPIs everyone understands.

03

Applied AI on-site.

Audit how work gets done, automate what is automatable, train the team.

04

Business continuity.

Plans and drills so a bad day does not become a bad quarter.

05

Scaling without breaking.

Catalogs, teams and volume: grow when processes can take it.

06

Shipping your own product.

From prototype to street: game, web or app. I have done it, I know what it costs.
